perfect location accessible beach nice drinks polite staff
the location was perfect for walk around. the beach was easily accessible. the hotel bar offered nice drinks. staff was polite during breakfast service. it really was great to be so close to everything.
my room faced a brick wall, not ideal.

loud noises uneven angle
The location was acceptable and provided access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning unit emitted loud noises and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The room lacked sufficient outlets and the bed tilted towards the head, needing pillows to offset the uneven angle. I found these issues rather bothersome .

fantastic stay in an iconic location
convenient location friendly staff clean room large tv
i found the location of this boutique hotel to be very convenient, with the beach just across the street. the staff members, especially marianna at the front desk, she was very friendly and helpful. the room was nice and neat, the air conditioning worked very well, and i enjoyed having a large tv screen.
the lobby was a little chaotic, especially due to the small size and the placement of the bar and dining tables there.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were available daily.

the staff was friendly and efficient. fernando at the front desk was helpful. the staff knew good places for live music and clubs, this was very convenient.

this hotel sits right on ocean drive. this made it very easy to enjoy the sights. i could easily walk to all areas of south beach from the hotel.

good location close beach broken elevator lack service
the location is definitely good. the room was just about right for what i needed. the beach being so close was a plus.
the elevator was not working. i asked for service but it never came. israel did eventually help me out.

the check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the bar is cute and chic. our bartender was friendly, and our drinks were good (i especially enjoyed the mojitos!).
i found the room to be somewhat small, and there was not much storage space available.
